When it comes to fielding consumer reviews, we hope that we go above and beyond whenever we receive less-than-glowing feedback from our guests. From our financing division, to our branch managers, to our maintenance crew and office support staff, we hope you have nothing but amazing customer service during your tenure as an Easton Motors guest. But, no company is perfect, and we realize that not all of our customers will have the same experience with us.
In our quest to address Easton Motors complaints and reviews, we've set up a brand new consumer review site that allows for any of our guests--no matter the year they purchased--to post an official review of us. We take each and every review incredibly serious--especially those that rate us anything below "Exceptional."
You can leave an official Easton Motors review or complaint here, or simply jump on over to our used car website and navigate to the "Reviews" tab. Once we receive your feedback, we'll be sure to reach out as soon as possible; typically, we try to respond to any immediate needs or complaints within 24 hours, though we can often address an issue the day you bring it to our attention (holidays excluded).
